looking for anything about my Great Uncle Frank L Basha who served in the 350 infantry regiment 88th Division Blue Devils. I know he went in a private and was promoted through the ranks to Warrant Officer. I was given all of his medals which included the Blue Devils Insignia purple heart with clusters and 2 bronze stars and a silver star and many others but they were lost sadly in a fire along with the flag he carried inside his uniform and all the commendations that accompanied the medals which used to be on a ww2 frame with a black velvet background. Again, lost in fire. I am a Navy veteran as well as my father, uncle, grandfather, and my Godfather/2nd cousin Ret Colonel Ashly Holmes. Not sure how to get their military service records as they have all but one uncle passed away.?:
